Request a backup for a Hosted uSkinned website

Step 1

Log in to the uSkinned customer portal, go to your Hosted uSkinned websites and choose which site to manage.

Step 2

On the “Backups” tab, you will see a list of all automated backups. Backups are automatically generated every 48 hours.

Step 3

Use the “Request backup” button in the top-right corner. 

Step 4

Review the information in the backup request form and submit it. 

Step 5

We will share your backup within the next 72 hours.
